Service classes

Structured by scope and duration

Each service class defines its technical scope, expected duration, and the measurable outputs a client receives at close.

Specification parameters

Scope defines the systems or processes covered. Duration sets the working window. Outputs list the deliverables, documents, and checkpoints that transfer to the client.

Diagnostic scope

A bounded review of existing workflows, documented against the agreed scope. Duration is fixed at engagement start, and the output is a written findings record with prioritized actions.

Implementation scope

Defined by the number of working sessions, the systems in scope, and the documentation supplied. Each implementation ends with a handoff record listing completed items and open dependencies.

Method

Four stages from review to deployment

The implementation method is repeatable and adapted to each organization's requirements, with a documented milestone closing every stage.

Stage 01

Diagnostic review

Current workflows are documented and compared against the agreed scope.

Stage 02

Scoping and design

Deliverables, duration, and outputs are fixed in a written specification.

Stage 03

Implementation

Work proceeds in agreed sessions, with checkpoints recorded at each milestone.

Stage 04

Documented deployment

A handoff record lists completed items, open dependencies, and transfer materials.
